The Sassafras, for example, is a narrow house plan with two front facing porches, one off the main living area and the other extending from the second story master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs, and a balcony overlooks the family room below. The Battery Park is a two-story design with the main living areas downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. A second story porch is accessible from multiple rooms.
